XGN66-12 (Z) box type fixed metal AC enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of indoor three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 3.6-12kV, rated current 630A~3150A single bus sectionalized system, which is used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor the circuit. It can meet the use requirements of various types of power plants, substations (switching stations) and industrial and mining enterprises.
The switchgear meets the requirements of IEC60298, GB3906, DL/T402, DL/T404 and other standards, and has a reliable "five prevention" locking function. It can be equipped with ZN21, VSI, ZN66, ZN28 or other types of vacuum circuit breakers with strong compatibility, elegant appearance and convenient maintenance. It is a power distribution device with superior performance.

◆ Environmental conditions for normal use

1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than - 10 ℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;

2. The daily average relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;

3. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 1000m;

4. The maximum seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The switch cabinet shall be installed in an indoor place without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion gas and severe vibration;

6. When the equipment is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °.

◆ Product features

1. Vacuum circuit breaker is used as the main switch, with less maintenance, no pollution and long service life;

2. Strengthen insulation. Air electrical clearance ≥ 125mm, creepage distance of porcelain insulator ≥ 210mm, creepage distance of resin insulator ≥ 230mm, and condensation frost on insulation surface for a short time will not affect its insulation level;

3. The electrified body is sealed in the metal shell, and the main busbar between cabinets is supported by insulating sleeve and used as the cabinet enclosure;

4. The overall dimension is small. The basic skeleton is 2750mm high, 1000mm wide and 1200mm deep.

◆ Ordering instructions

1. Number, purpose and single line system diagram of main wiring scheme; Rated voltage and current; Rated short-circuit breaking current; Layout plan of power distribution room and arrangement diagram of switch cabinet;

2. Specifications and incoming/outgoing methods of incoming/outgoing cables;

3. Secondary function diagram and terminal arrangement diagram shall be prepared by our company if there is no terminal arrangement diagram;

4. Model, specification and quantity of electrical components of switch cabinet;

5. Summary sheet of electrical equipment;

6. When bus bridge is required, span and height dimensions shall be provided;

7. The switch cabinet shall be put forward when ordering under special environmental conditions;

8. When other accessories and spare parts are needed or exceeded, the type and quantity shall be proposed.
