Product structure: ZB series American box transformer structure is divided into front and back parts. The front is high and low voltage chamber, including high voltage terminal, low voltage terminal, load switch, no-load tap changer, plug-in fuse, pressure relief valve, oil thermometer, oil level gauge, oil filling hole and oil drain valve.

The rear box is an oil tank, in which there are transformers, high-voltage load switches, fuses for protection, and transfer contacts of no-load tap changers.
The box is a sealed structure, and the oil tank cover is sealed with concealed high-strength threaded connection and oil resistant rubber gasket. The oil tank structure is optimized and designed with high strength and can withstand 0.5kg/cm2 air pressure test.

The box design fully considers the requirements of waterproof, safety and convenient operation. The protective doors of the high and low voltage chambers are mechanically interlocked. Only when the low voltage protective door is opened can the high voltage protective door be opened to ensure the safety of the operation and maintenance personnel. The box body is made of high-quality carbon steel plate through precision processing in each process. After strict surface treatment, the internal and external surfaces of the box are sprayed three times with advanced electrostatic powder spraying process. The paint layer is solid, wear-resistant, waterproof and UV resistant.
